Psalm 119:25 NKJV “My soul clings to the dust; Revive me according to Your Word.”

Psalm 119:25 ERV “I lie here like a dying man. Say the Word, and I will live again.”

In Psalm 119 David, the psalmist, gives us insight on the importance that God’s Word had in his life. All through this chapter David makes reference to God’s Word and how it helped him. Life can sometimes hit you with difficult challenges. Psalm 119:25 gives us insight as to what David did to overcome the trouble he faced. David leaned upon God and HIs Word to come out of troubled times. David looked and said to the Lord “say the Word, and I will live again.”

We can relate to David because we live in a fallen world. We sometimes face trials and difficulties. The Word tells us in Psalm 34:19 “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” Through everything our living Lord desires to show us His mighty power of deliverance. We, like David, can say to the Lord “say the Word and I will live and revive again.” God’s Word is a mighty fore against the trials of life. all we need is a Word from God to see us through to victory!

In closing, I want to leave you with a Scripture found in Joshua 21:44. It says, “The Lord gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand”. Look to the Lord and His Word; He will not fail you!

God Bless!
