Hebrews 1:1-2 ” God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in times past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds” NKJV
Previously, I shared with you in the last 2 weeks things that the Lord Jesus Christ has spoken to us. Now, we are in the last days and these things are:
1. God’s love for mankind was spoken and shown through Jesus.
2. It’s through Jesus’s words and actions that God displayed his intent to free us from Satan’s work.
This week, I want to share with you the third thing that God shared with us that is:
3. God has our eternity in mind through the words and actions of Jesus.
The scriptures are clear about this point. Jesus said in John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God. Believe also in me. In my father’s house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” This is a wonderful and glorious promise. God has our eternity in mind! He has revealed that through God’s mouthpiece, and it is the Lord Jesus Christ.
